  58 years old Roshan Lal is a resident of village Neri, Rampur, district Shimla. He broke his leg due to a collision with a stone, due to which he was unable to move. For treatment, he had been brought to Indira Gandhi Medical College, Shimla where after investigation he was told that a metal road would have to be put in his leg. He was told in the hospital that under Ayushman Bharat Scheme, his complete treatment could be done free of cost.
